Doch oft fehlt einfach die Kraft, anzufangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genau dieses Problem hat die 5 Sekunden Regel f\u00fcr mich gel\u00f6st <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedes Mal, wenn wir Menschen beginnen herunterzuz\u00e4hlen, entsteht im Gehirn ein gewisser Druck, endlich ins Handeln zu kommen.
